BodyFix Rehab

This package MUST be used within 7 days of each other and BOTH must be booked in at the same time. Race Treatment includes massage, stretching and mobilisations - 50minutes. Post Race Treatment includes: soap and ice massage (if wanted), stretches and traction - 50 minutes. You will need to book the second appointment separately.

After the first trimester, we are able to provide you with massage and movements, which will help to move your joints which maybe feeling a little heavier and less mobile. 
After 38weeks we ask you to check with your midwife, but we have been known to have ladies up until 42 weeks or the morning of birth!

Pregnancy Massage

A specific S&C program planned for you. 
Dependent on time, sport, commitments, build up to races or individual outcome. 
Gym or home use.
