Team
- Gema has always played or competed in high levels sports since childhood and still does. In particular Triathlons and Hyrox Racing. Gema trained in Sports Rehabilitation at uni and progressed to work for pro rugby league teams, UK athletics, physio support for ultra racing and support local amateur sports teams with their rehab and strength and conditioning programs. Gema is also part of a team who regularly supports runners on the JOGLE when passing through Lancashire.

Gema also holds her teaching qualification and occasionally covers modules at colleges covering sports therapy and A&P. - Sian holds a MSc in Physiotherapy and is HCPC and CSP registered . She specialises in Sports Massage and has a great deal of experience providing sports massage and dealing with injuries with St. Helens Rugby League Club where she now works as a team physio.

I had a great session with Gem yesterday. Very professional and down to earth. Thorough with the assessment of my niggles and talked through all she was doing. Relaxed environment and most importantly, I’m in much less pain today!! Thank you!
